The mission of Land Pro LLC has been, and always will be, to provide high-quality, comprehensive services that maximize the value of real estate through impeccable ethics, professional service, and ongoing education.
Instead of retiring after 40 years in the agricultural property field, Ray Brownfield, ALC1 AFM2, began Land Pro LLC, which was organized by the state of Illinois on February 21, 2003. Farm management services, along with land investing and land consulting, were offered. Land real estate brokerage services were provided through a startup land company near Chicago.
Early in 2013, Land Pro LLC became a full-service land real estate company, with an office in Oswego Illinois. The farm management side of the business grew to manage over 70 farms in Illinois and Indiana and land real estate brokerage services were now offered through Land Pro LLC.
Land Pro grew again in 2015 with the addition of Leslie H. "Chip" Johnston, who holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker license, and concentrates in the north and north central portions of Illinois.
In 2017, Patrick L. "Pat" Tomlinson, a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker concentrating in central Illinois, joined Land Pro. Pat is also a Certified Crop Adviser.
Also joining Land Pro in 2017 was Jason J. Lestina ALC AFM, who, in addition to being a licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker, earned the ALC1 and AFM2 designations. Jason also holds a Remote Pilot Certificate.
In 2018, David M. "Dave" Oster, a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker, joined the Land Pro Team. Dave specializes in path of progress and development land.
Land Pro has grown to manage over 14,300 farmland acres across Illinois and Indiana, and, since 2013, had been involved with the buying or selling side of real estate transactions totaling $259,508,052.
